Hello all!
First I just want to thank those of you who responded to my last post
..I felt so much better knowing there were other people out there with a mile long list of OCs
Now let me ask you this...do you obsess over any of your OCs?
For me I’ll go through phases..like I’ll constantly think about an OC that I either just made or haven’t thought of in a while and then once I’ve done a bit of world building with them I’ll go on to another one and think about them for a few days and so on and so onApr 28, 2021

I have a brand new oc for the first time in idk how long and it's almost like he's my first. I'm definitely obsessed, and I'm really happy because I actually have like, a whole story for him and everything! I just haven't gotten around to actually drawing him yet because I'm a lil nervous lmao.

•There was a point in time where all I drew were my ocs, but alas, I have branched out a bit. I haven’t drawn them recently, but for some reason I feel pressured/obligation to give them an actual story

•Way too often. They make me feel such a wide range of emotions, whether I’m thinking about their stories or their day-to-day lives.

•I have so many ocs, but I’m currently only focusing on four of them (and I’ve pretty much discarded the rest lmao). I’m super attached to all of them,, and I can’t stop thinking about them. They’re all part of a band together, so whenever I listen to music I daydream about them constantly. I’ve been working on these guys forever, and I honestly can’t see myself moving on lol

All the time. Since i only have two stories, I jump from one to the other randomly, depending on my mood. But i think about them everyday...

I’m not the obsessive type tbh! I think it’s because I’m more focused on stories than the individual characters, but I definitely used to get super hooked on one character. Maybe I just integrated a “making sure there’s variety” step to my idea process?

oh yeah totally i cld go one day thinking and drawing one oc and then the next week it cld be a different character
