I've never predicted anything major, but in recent years I accurately predicted my sister's boyfriend falling down our porch stairs moments before it happened (he was okay).

I had dreamt about moving to a house next to people with 4 kids and we ended up moving to a house next to people with four kids and both the dreams had the 4kids house on the left side

I had a dream that my ex cut his long blonde hair short…. He didnt, but i met a a boy at my new school who looks exactly like my ex in the dream with short hair. We’re getting shipped by our friends…

yes. Between 13 and 14. And I also lost the ability afterI ‚stopped‘ dreaming. I‘ve written dreams in my journal during that time and marked them whenever they came true. So deja-vues. But only for minor things like: ‚oh, I drew a bloody teddy bear and someone asked me about it and I just to them that I dreamt this exact scenario‘
