DisassociationThis drawing is about a weird feeling I sometimes have - I sit somewhere and just look at my arms, wondering if they're really my own. It's a strange feeling, like I'm detached from my own body.

What a great depiction! I do experience dissociation as a symptom of smth else that I have and have definitely had this feeling before. I have other strange things that happen too but it might creep people out

I have something similar if my social battery is 0. My body turns into a statue and works on a energy saving basis. Feels like I watch myself exist from above.
