final design for a sort of new OC i've been RPing for awhile now. He is half brother to Ozkar, a part of the RCF himself, technically the youngest adult member.his mother was a primeland, father is rotland. rot mixes create half bald psyraps and usually with a mutation that causes the 'bald' parts to have a blank canvas look rather than usual rot patterns/colors.Feb 15, 2024
