Just keep in mind the anatomy while drawing. The eyes are set in the sockets, then there are layers on the top and bottom making up the eyelids and it is moved in different ways to create different expressions, though the eyes themselves don't really move. To practice you could try just drawing circles and adding the eyelids on top at different angles to get used to the shape and how it changes based onthe angle or expression. Once you have that down you can really start simplifying and exaggerating to styalize them more

•Not to plug my own shit- but I did a how I draw portrait thingy a year back haha so I do have how I personally draw eyes? It’s a lil dated but I still generally use the same steps: https://youtu.be/xL9rreEt4Ro
It’s about 57 seconds into the video.
In general I start off with two ovals to act as a guide and the inner part of the eyewhite to try and remember structure. This also just helps with placement and stuff. I then draw the top lid (it’s like a flattened out semi circle) and I do both eyes, not just one. Doing stuff at the same step will help em look similar C: then I go in with the lower line, it’s hard to describe this lol but it kinda comes down at a horizontal and then downwards in a similar flattened semi circle shape to the top. I then draw inner corners, the iris, and eyelashes (which are kinda like a flicking upwards motion that look vaguely like Cs just a lil less extreme.
Idk if this made any sense- hope it helps in some capacity tho?
