Tony and Bucky are deities who meet up at a certain location once or twice a month. Finding each other by the breath of the heat. The coolness of the air. The specters that trail one, weeping at the encounters. The wilting winter that follows. High shadows go low when they meet at the crossroads where the dead walk and the living do not see.
