Nope, sorry, I can't do any of that well and the things I do well are.. hard to explain.

•i would say use lots of references and focus on seeing the shapes that make up those features, e.g. how many head drawing tutorials have a circle + pointier shape for the chin; that breaks your reference into manageable parts, and can help a lot with getting proportions correct! drawing lots and lots of faces as azubliss said as well means that you'll build the muscles to figure out subconsciously what proportions and angles and positions etc are the right ones vs which ones aren't, but shapes and grids (drawing a grid over the reference and the exact same one on your paper, then measuring & marking those distances w/ a pencil) could also be good places to start!

•Repetition is key to that, sometimes you have to sketch the same thing over and over until you get it right (or at least the proportions are good etc.) Using references would help, seeing a variety of them. I would focus on one subject, for a few days or a week, until comfortable, or however you plan to schedule that. Then afterwards you can start doing faces.
