Lightning bug
Didn't get to finish it yesterday, so here it is Today!
Fun Fact(s?): With some species of lightning bugs, the females glow and don't fly, and the males fly but don't glow.
And some species don't have mouths after maturing into adulthood, and only lives for a short time after. Kinda like Luna moths. I never knew that, and I find it very interesting.
Also, when they fly, their legs go all bent and twisted out behind them, which I found very surprising and...weird.Jun 3, 2021
