Its not going to be perfect because your stepping out of your comfort zone, but dont put youself down because of it. Be proud your trying to expand your abilities and posting it because thats not easy to do.
For the neck you did a good job making the front muscle visible. I would suggest in the future to look up some references, paying close attention to the way the neck being squished and the left shoulder muscle. You can also look in a mirror and observe how the neck and other muscles around (I'm completely blanking on the name of them) react when you move you head in certain directions keeping your shoulder square to it.
For improving the positional and size of the ear an the way the neck interacts with the head I would suggest looking up side profiles and studying how those features interact with the face (can look at how these features alight with others on the face or just positional wise in gen)
