I prefer people who follow me and constantly interact with my page to ask for commissions. Because they might be bots or scammers if they're not. Also followers and or people who constantly interact with my page are more likely to be patient and know how i do things.

Depends honestly, for me it's easy to tell if it's a scam, they are not excited and too professional sometimes, also if you don't know ask questions, as much and as off focus, if they can't answer anything in specific details and it feels like they have a script and are barely keep your info in mind it's a scam lol
