a new species (asking for advice or ideas on the species itself)
i havent decided on too much lore for them,but the jist is that this species lives a life very centered around astronomy and swordsmanship.
they inherently have wind abilities, which they can train themselves to improve.
every set amount of years, a promising child of a certain age will be chosen (i havent chosen the age range or year range yet) to be trained to be a great swordsman and mage.
its believed that this child will be a great protector of an important person or group of people, and that fate will guide the protector and person/group of people together for the protector to fulfill their duty for as long as needed or possible, and if nobody arrives, itll be assumed that the protector was meant to protect the village.
this particular protector, named korey, was chosen under mysterious circumstances. korey was overwhelmingly eager to be the greatest he could once it was announced that hed be the next protector.
and after a long while, he stumbled across a traveler named kolor who ended up saving him instead of the other way around.
but korey was convinced that kolor was the important person he needed to protect, and swore his life to kolor.
(sorry that was such a long explanation :')
