Mentor and Mentee - Mara and River

| After the new buddy duo of Mara and River got together, it got River to get a bit more out of her shell, but not a lot. All she really does is stick by Mara when she has the chance . . . she has no one else to hang out with. One day, the two had a study session in the library to try to get to know one another a bit better. After River revealed some stuff to Mara (At least what she wanted to share), Mara decided to share some stuff about her, such as her ability. This, of course, caught River by surprise, but after a bit, she got used to it. So, the two just kept chatting and bonding, with Mara chilling on a chair with toxin on her, and River tensed up in a chair, smiling through her fear. |
