Draw a whole lot. And If you desire some sort of online recognition towards your art (likes, follows, etc) then this is a very long term game.

Don’t be mean to yourself or your art, the more depressed you get and lose motivation you will never excel to where you want to be. Always draw even if you’re hating it yourself, (healthily obviously) because refusing to do something and expecting it to fix it on its own won’t work. It’s like relationships, you can have so many arguments with someone you love but cutting things off over a small argument instead of going back to fix something isn’t worth it, and you’ll never have fixed feelings for what happened.
