OC sketch(? I would do lineart if I wasn’t so afraid of my shitty pens ruining it)
Sometimes when I want to draw but don’t really know what, I just look up pose references for inspiration and start crafting an idea or character around them. Typically I use references from Kibbitzer because they have some really good dynamic poses and their sketch style makes it super easy to break down the anatomy. This one started out as just a guy and then when I got to the facial expression I suddenly knew instantly who I wanted it to be— an old-ish OC of mine I made for a oneshot in like 2020. His backstory is still just a framework since I basically forgot about him for the past few years, but he’s supposed to be set in the MHA universe, working as a hitman who gets hired to take out Deku. Later I also included him in another AU as part of a group of sort-of villains doing illegal/unethical quirk research and trying to replicate/extract quirks so they could sell them to people. I may actually come back to those ideas and rewrite them a little better sometime if I get the motivation actually. OC’s name is Kiyoshi Ito/Ito Kiyoshi, depending on whether you read it in the English or Japanese order.Jul 25, 2023#originalcharacter
