Thank you everyone for your helpful tips!!😆✨
The only time I managed to draw every day it lasted a couple months and the thing that helped was to not set the bar too high: I had school and other stuff to keep up with, so even a small doodle was okay if I didn't have enough time. Also I accepted that it was okay not having a finished thing everyday, if I set up a more complicated drawing and finished it over the course of the next days it was fine, I was still drawing!

But I'd say don't stress it that much if it doesn't seem to work for you, try to just find what fits best for you!
Bring a small sketchbook to awkward social situations like group therapy lol
I struggle with this too 😭 I think it helps to always carry it with you or even get a smaller sketchbook! I like to make squares of color in random pages while I draw but I’ve seen people do that in advance so they just pick a page and kind of go. A lot of observation work is always the best go-to for me since it’s easier to draw everything I see around me than always have to come up with something new and original. Good luck!
I used to draw consistently on me book, but I decided if I'm feeling a little behind I'd take a break or scroll through Instagram for Insparation! (:

if that doesn't work, I try to at least do something small and nothing that'll stress me
i have trouble keeping up with my sketchbook too. i try to take some pressure off of it, and tell myself to like draw from my subconscious for just 5 minutes. it produces interesting results, and if i wanna continue with it i will. or i wont, but at least i drew a tiny bit ya kno? making or looking up a list of prompts can help sometimes too. hope thats useful, happy sketching!💞
