It's kinda missing a clear highlight. You have a lot of interesting elements, but it's a bit unclear what you're supposed to look at the most; the sun? The face? The stuff over the face? The dangling fingers to the side?
The elements are all pretty on their own, but they are halfway competing for the eye to look at, so the message gets a bit muddled. You could work with more saturated colors on the main element or darker shadows, or some other form of contrast that catches the eye, if you wanna work on that.
