something I’ve noticed and really like about artfol is how I don’t get punished for not posting!
for example, insta artists have to constantly be pumping out art in order to reach their audience. but here on artfol, I get about the same amount of engagement no matter how much time I take off.
I mean, I went thru a period of time where my artblock was absolutely horrid n therefore didn’t post anything. when I started posting again I had about the same amount of engagement.
it may be different for bigger artists tho bc I am a hobby artist so I don’t post consistently, I have a smaller account, and I don’t have an art related job. but I can say that, for me personally, this has been a wonderful breath of fresh air.Sep 12, 2022
