purple rainSo the song I got was Purple Rain by Prince!! I feel like the emotion I really got out of it was longing for another, so I did two OC’s! I made up a bit of a story between the two and I’ll write it here!!
Since neither of them have names yet, we’ll call the one on the left pink and the one on the right purple.
Pink and purple were good friends up until they were 10, when they got separated due to pink realizing she was a mage and had all these cool powers, and so she went to a different school to learn more about herself. Purple was really upset about this of course, and for a few years she actually contemplated her feelings for pink, finally resting on that she missed her, and nothing more. Pink soon visits the town where purple lives, and they bump into eachother. Not much changed about purple, so pink recognized her right away. (Purple then silently realizes that she’s fallen in love with pink but the thing is- she hasn’t seen her in forever so she has barely any idea if pink was still how she was when they were kids)
Pink stays with purple for a while to catch up and all that, while she’s totally oblivious to purple’s feelings
“Purple rain” would be something pink could create. Like a tiny little purple cloud, with purple rain. She’d probably do this whenever she’s sad, just to show she wants to be left alone
