•When I post something related to OCs I make a description thinking that whoever is seeing the post featuring my characters, is doing so by the very first time. At times we (and I include myself) tend to forget that only us are the ones who know everything about our OCs and people who pass by are completely clueless about it, either because they don't come here often, don't check all the people they follow or they simply don't get invested in OCs. Then there are people who do, but since they are new, they get lost.
Repeat the same descriptions over and over might be annoying, but for a person who arrives by very first time is very helpful to understand the picture.
Maybe a short resume of their story and some quick presentation every time you post a character is useful, no matter if old followers already know, it will help those people who are new and can be interested in knowing more, because at times I follow other users who share their characters and talk about them in a manner that they imagine understand what's going on in their heads, when in reality I have zero idea of what they mean or other times I see a cool character, but there's no explanation of who they are or if they even have a story behind.
