depends on the type of bottom surgery. if you get meta/metoidioplasty its largely dependent on your bottom growth size, and you wont be able to pee out of it. if you get phalloplasty you can choose the size and they can give you urethral lengthening so you can pee out of it, but the bigger it is the more likely youll need a pump to get hard and you'll need to take a larger portion of skin from another area of your body so you'll have a bigger scar. theres pros and cons to both.

you can choose the size, but because it is usually a skin graft, they will have to take off more skin to make it bigger, and it doesn't always go well from what I've heard
