June Birthday Project: More Than Just A Crown - (6 / 6 / 24)

The June Birthday Project is back!
(So much for beating last year's record...) Here's Twilight Sparkle for June 6th!

There was a little mix up as I was trying to find June dates related to MLP: I thought I had grabbed the movie release date for the G4 movie. Nah, turns out that one was October 6th and the G1 movie was the June date.

So, to cover my mistake, I decided to turn G1 Twilight the reflection in the water. The G1 movie galloped so the G4 movie could soar. x)

I watch the movie for the second time to help me settle on an idea and to see if my feelings about the story had changed. I enjoyed it more this time; I always thought that it was ok, but I still feel like the show gave us stronger ones. The movie feels more like it was created for those who haven't seen the show before. Wasn't it confirmed to be an AU of some sort?

I really loved this scene from "We've Got This Together"! The animation was so good! I wish I could have figured out the right way to do the water trail. And I know, the mountains are seriously lacking (don't look). Hopefully I can take my time AND be on time for the next pieces.
