@OokamiJ64's post on Artfol
While I'm very glad Artfol doesn't allow AI "art" for the most part, I still worry that some dork would have a piece made with their prompt that utilizes bits from one of my own art pieces. For the most, part I do watermark them if shared regardless of location. But I'm also aware of the Nightshade and others like it that would help protect such pieces but I don't have a working PC considering it's old and the CPU is a bit on it's last leg...
I do worry still but I want to share art without someone thinking they're an artist when all in all, they used a prompt and fed it into a piece of code that made it for them while Frankensteining various artists' artwork... It's still art theft on a larger scale and those people should not be given credit as artists.Apr 14, 2024

I don;t think you need to panic too much. I got to see the list of artists who had their work scraped by Midjourney, and they were ALL famous names (and they were all joining in a lawsuit to sue for copyright breach). I think anyone who isn't internet or real world famous probably isn't going to be targeted by them, there are SO many artists, but the people who are using things like Midjourney are trying to make art "in the style of" famous art works, so the average artists work isn't useful the the AI
