"Resetting Password: You can reset your password from the login screen. This will send a confirmation code to your email which you will need to confirm before changing your password." – Help Center 
That's what it says there, but if it doesn't work, maybe you could ask for help on the artfol discord server? Dunno if that'll help. For more info tho, if you're on mobile, just click the 2 lines on the upper right corner, click Help Center, and then App Settings.
