I wrote a thing
It has been a LONG time since I've shared any of my writing with anyone. And I haven't really written prose consistently in a while either, so I'm admittedly rusty. Regardless, you can give it a read through the link below on my Substack (I think you can read it without subscribing? But it's free to subscibe either way). It's an excerpt from my science fiction story, Star Faced. It explores some of the turmoil and inner workings of Nin's (broken) mind. A alien stole half his memories and he's on the struggle bus.
I'll probably end up using Substack to publish chapters of YoeYoh online to read, so I'm just getting used to the app atm.

I’ve never heard of Substack till now but it sounds really cool, love that you can add the illustration you’ve made to writing on there as well. Also I really enjoyed what you wrote, I feel bad for Nin his situation is rough.
