Suggesting books because these books are some of my favorites and I want others to read them :)
"The Princess Curse" by Merrie Haskell is a book inspired by the story of the 12 Dancing Princesses and Beauty and the Beast. It has some mythology elements and it's considered a stand alone book, though the main character Reveka I believe appears in another one of Merrie Haskell's books.
The main character is smart. She has goals and is determined to succeed. Highly recommend!
Another incredible book is "Ember and the Ice Dragons" by Heather Fawcett and I absolutely LOVE her books.
If anyone else has some book suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I tend to stick to Junior Science Fiction, but I'm open to some clean Young Adult books as well.Dec 18, 2023
