Hmmm… there’s already many suggestions, but I haven’t seen any Picrew with diabetic patches (?)

I wanted to comment earlier but then got distracted, anyway I wanted to suggest cleft lip, bunny teeth (overbite) and different types of facial hair (not just full-on beards but a bit of fuzz around the chin for example, that's how it's for me with hirsutism)

•I have hexagon shaped glasses. They’re pretty unique but also integral to my style and I never see the shape included in character makers. If you make any pins, a neurodiversity pin and the disability flag could be cool to see.
