Definitely a car. You can live in a car if push comes to shove but you can't drive an apartment. Or at least that's how I look at it

when it comes to owning, I think a car. appartments are neat but the fact that they're part of a larger building gives me the heebies - like you only own the insides of your home.

For me, no brainer. Apartment. I don't drive and I'm kinda terrified to be behind the wheel. Where I live, the cost of living + cost of commuting to my job is more than my monthly wage
