You should firstly in my opinion watch some toturials on anatomy and practice it, your coloring style is good and you have a good sense of color theory, but your shading and your anatomy makes it be a little unsettling. Like the nose is in the wrong place and the lips are a little too small, the shadow near the nose is too black and doesn't spread properly, so her nose looks wrong. Adding a few more loose strands would mkaw the hair look livlier also.
