CREATE A REMNA CHALLENGE
To celebrate 600 followers here is the much teasered character design challenge!
Remna are a mysterious species hailing from the depths of space, bearing great knowledge in technology and magic.
You will find them separated in two clans: the Arcana and Machina. The magic devoted Arcana decorate their bodies with magic rune-like tattoos, while technology savvy Machina tend to replace their own body parts with machinery. A mix between two clans exists. You can easily distinguish them from the dark/light patterns around their eyes shaped like butterfly wings. They will also devote themselves to one clan.
You will find the magically gifted Arcana wearing intricately designed light clothes and robes, while the always tinkering Machina will dress more steampunk-esque.
With a body structure similar to a satyr, Remna are actually physically genderless. They decide for themselves who they wanna be perceived as. Their horns grow from their eyebrow region and the holes in their chest help regulate their body temperature. Remna can be fair or dark skinned. They also can have hair or be bald (generally natural hair colors, but can dye them). Remna have no visible ears. Their eyes can be every color and it fills the whole eyeball. The pupils are vertically shaped and can be snake-like.
For this challenge you have to design your own Remna!
How to:
- Decide if your Remna belongs to the Arcana or Machina clan
- Give them either sick tattoos or mechanic body parts
- Pick a cool horn shape
- Give them a cool hairdo (or not)
- Go nuts
- Multiple entries are more than welcome!
There will be one winner after the deadline has ended. They'll receive a detailed bust drawing of the character of their choice. Depending on how many entries there will be, I might add a second winner.
