Kuinah Galaxya is the Empress of our Milky Way, in my story 'Shizun Senshi'.
Kuinah is her title, and it is something like an Empress, but a godmother one, like mother nature. Actually, she is a form of energy, that put a bit into a material body.
The Kuinah keeps up the laws of science.
