I feel like the pen and the sword are extremely similar in every sense, pens generally can do everything a sword can and the opposite is also true.

As mighty as the pen is, the sword carved empires and is now a nuclear bomb. You can still passion with a sword and a lot of people don't listen to words

•I think the pen/words are much more impressive and greater. Anyone can pick up a sword/do hurtful things. Not everyone can write in a way that changes hearts and minds

Both are equally powerful in their own fights. You can’t bring a pen to a knife battle and you wouldn’t bring a blade to the court.

, I rather write my way into an unforeseen future. With a sword that talks and brings about DEATH 
. I'd take a trip into the unknown to explore new and fun exciting scenery. All that sharp object ever dose is bring you to the end of your beloved ones or yourself to darkness, a place where it writes goodbye

•The pen. While a sword may seem mighty, the story of its adventures and endeavors are only known due to the pen. The Pen is the item that makes the sword mighty while allowing itself to be forgotten. So I suppose both are mighty in their own way just one will be remembered and another forgotten. However that depends on if the sword is worth writing about.

Pen because it can be used in more ways than the sword, the sword can only slash and stab but the pen can write which has so many uses and it can also stab like a sword can
