Had a friend recently ask me if I wanted tatoos since I mentioned random tatoos stuff. Nope, just thought it would come in handy writing and drawing tattooed characters ^-^"

Fun fact, pink hair has been around for a while. In the 1700s people used colored powder to make their hair different colors and in the 1950s people where dying their hair pink. So depending on what time period your in, what your characters have available, and how pink you want the hair it could be entirely possible and still historically accurate.
