The App isn't dead, but since there is no algorithm which pushes you out there, you have to approach people and be social to be seen. It's pretty much 'You get what you invest' on this app.

It being purely mobile really doesn't help. I guess the other thing is there might not be enough to convince people to leave other social media for this one (or commit to it).
