Does someone know useful tips or video where I can learn not only anatomy but also the use of light and things like that?

I'm not happy with my current art and I want to do better but I have no idea how to do that. I know that practice is what make you better but I don't know where to start, I often start doing a sketch and ending with liking it and then the linear ruin everything so I decide to restart without a linear and just start coloring but I don't know how to do that so and then I start a new layer trying greyscale without knowing what I'm trying to do.
it's an infinite loop that makes me sick.

honestly, i just use pinterest to look at and trace over references until i got the idea on my own
If you want to learn anatomy I will always recommend just sketching poses. I normally just find them on pinterest.
Well you can buy some books of anatomy and light/shadow understanding. The tip i can give you is to sketch the shades with your sketch , try to observe the reality and try to understand where the darker shade comes from and the light one. Observe everything , try to watch things differently. Use different tones from Balck to gray and leave the lightest point blank/white. If you want you can DM me I'm always open for chatting ✨ and hope these tips helps you !
I would recommend the Art Center teacher, Will Weston’s Instagram. I believe his anatomy courses (definitely his costuming courses!!) also handle lighting and making your clothing pop! Otherwise, I would also recommend the youtuber Ahmed Aldoori for video commentaries and time lapses! He is super chill and gives great advice!
