All I can think of are manga screentones but idk if it would still count as traditional medium

My India Inks (Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bombay India Ink set 1 to be specific) does have a bit of a grainy appearance to it, especially if you really saturate the colors, & colors like red & black especially are grainy in appearance!
So, I suppose you’d just use these on some watercolor paper to do it!
