it seems like you want the horned character to look sad, the smol one to console them and the hand to introduce a interest hook.
The cloud being the text box for the title, correct?
If so, and your main audience is going to be used to reading left to right, then changing the position of the horned character might make it pop more.
Currently they are pretty upright, if you lower the head and arm part, raise up the hips, kind of hanging down you could make the sadness more apparent and also guide the eye of the viewer better with their body down to that hand.
