Hey everyone, I hope you’ve been well. Sorry for being quiet recently. I’ve been rebuilding our iOS and Android apps from the ground up.
This has allowed me to use a modern tech stack and significantly improve performance. I know the current app has had issues with lag and performance, but the new app will be much faster and a big step forward. I will keep you updated, and don't forget to follow our socials to stay up to date with other developments!
As an aside, I know we have received some questions about features, such as groups, being inaccessible. Our goal with the new app as well as the website is to streamline the experience, and keep our development overhead to a minimum. Groups has presented us with challenges that made developing new features difficult so for now we will be shelving this aspect until futher notice. I hope you understand and thank you all!

i must admit i am sad that groups will be shelved for now (it reminded me of one of my favorite features from deviantart </3) but it's completely understandable. i hope they'll be able to return one day!
