Goddess Messenger Queen
(Old cross-post from Insta)Inspired by moths and bees of the real world, Faeries are messengers within the Goddess Troupe. Also known as Goddess Messengers (for obvious reasons), they live in hive-like clusters and tend to be gossipers. Anything new and exciting that happens you can count on the messengers to know first. When they aren’t delivering letters to the Goddesses they are adventuring and hoarding pretty things around the land or protecting their homes.
Goddess Messengers, while having genders beyond mortal comprehension, usually have one Queen that acts as the monarch and their consort that they mate with for life. The Queens may have different pronouns than feminine but they still hold the monarch title.
Goddess Messengers are endangered due to an unknown force killing many Queens and their consorts early on in their life cycle, however once their first generation of offspring grow into adulthood they can defend their home quite easily.Apr 26, 2021
