Ok so I finally decided what part of France the twins are from on their father side!!! They’re half Breton! Specifically their father is from Plougastel
So I wanted to draw them in the traditional outfits of the town I THINK THEY LOOK SO CUTE

They used to go to France from time to time when they were young, to visit their father’s side of the family
But when they father left, they stopped going
And when he came back into their life, they went back too, to visit/live with him for parts of the years
Eventually, at eighteen, Dennis cut ties with their dad, so he also stop going to France, now he only goes on very very rare occasions (but he misses it)
Diane, on the other hand, still visits as much as she can!! She’s closer than Dennis to this side of their family
