Terms of Service: General
When interacting with me, please be respectful. I am a human. If you become disrespectful to me, you will be blocked and your commission will be refunded.
You also must be 18+ in order to commission me. No exceptions. If I find out you are under the age of 18, you will be blocked and you will be refunded.

References/What I Can and Cannot Draw
When commissioning me, you MUST have a reference of the character you want me to draw, whether that be an image or a text description.
Reference Guidelines
If you send me a reference image, it cannot be made using AI. You can use your own art or art someone else has made of your OC, as long as you give them proper credit and have permission to use it. When submitting a text description of your OC, it must be written entirely by you. Using AI for text references is not allowed either.
Boundaries
When I'm working on your commission, I may ask you
If I can post the final result on my social media platforms (with credit)
If you want regular updates or for the final result to be a surprise
If you want me to include a retro filter on my art (this is something I include on almost all of my artwork. Don't worry, it's free if you want me to exclude it from the final piece!)
Payment
The base price for my artwork is $15-20 USD, and it may change depending on the complexity of your idea. If you want, we can settle on a fair price that will work for the both of us!
I only take USD. If you live outside of the US, please convert to USD if you can!
For payment, I use Cashapp and Stripe only.
NOTE: If you decide to pay with Stripe, be warned that Stripe has a transfer fee of 2.9% + $0.30 (for the US), so I may not get the exact amount of money needed. If you'd like, you can also tip me!
The payments will be split 50/50. 50% for when we settle on a fair price, and 50% for when I finish the artwork. For example, you need to pay me $20 USD and you need to split it 50/50. Half of 20 is 10. But due to Stripe's transfer fee, you would need to send $10.60 the first time and $10.60 the second time. In this case, Stripe would take away the $0.60 during the transfer and would result in the total of $20. If this is wrong, do correct me!

Refunds will not be issued after we settle a fir price and I start the commission. However, if for some reason I can't finish your commission, you will be refunded.
Reposting
Once I get finished with your commission, you are allowed to post the final result on social media with proper credit. Do not mint my art into NFTs, process my art through ai, alter my artwork to remove the watermark, or claim the artwork as yours. If I find out that you've broken this rule, you will be blocked.
