Custom Design Sketch [28 min]

This is a Design Challenge entry that I did over at Furry Amino. You are given a detailed prompt by the host of that round and have 28 minutes to create a character. The host requested a red anthro that was based on Rimuru's personality and has a slime form, inspired by "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime".
