Ive been wondering this too, but Ive seen mine pop there with 15-30 likes within the first 24hrs of posting. The one that got 30+ likes had a couple of comments and was relatively close to the top of the page and it stayed there a few days, kind of falling down as time went by. The 15+ likes/0 comments were waaaaay down. I like scrolling the discovery page, both trending and new :)

•If you post and people will start to like, comment and reshare it in short amount of time it will show up there. How long it will stay there depends if people will still interact with it

I think it's a thing like "Your drawing is the most liked/reshared/commented of the moment", I mean that the online people in that moment are giving attention to your drawing or something

•It's probably bases not only on number of likes but also on how often it is liked. Because most drawings there have 100+ likes but I have also seen some with 15-20

•I don’t know exactly how it works but I’m pretty sure it’s based on likes/comments per certain amount of time. The more people engage with your work for a longer span of time the longer it will stay up there, usually for max about a day or two
