The color palette is frosty and harmonious! Composition is effective and simple. The flowing part of her gown adds a nice bit of movement to compliment the flapping of the bird's wings. I really like the pattern you have in her bodice and the implied silkiness of her gown.
I think her head is a bit big for her body, and her neck/collarbone area is a bit too uniformly darker than her face and hands. I'd also consider moving her right hand down some so it doesn't look like she's using it to prop her arm up.
If you drew this straight into the computer, you did a much better job than I could! Digital art is tough!
