Lady IrisIris is the oldest daughter of the chief of her village, the first forest elves that walked the lands. By the time she was born, The Sun had already cried, but her tears didn’t reach their forest, reason why her people were called The Untouched ones.
She was the oldest sister of many, always full of responsibilities as the future chief. Sometimes the expectations of her father were too great for such a small child, but she always did her best to please him.
She was born and raised in her forest village, connected to nature and always giving back what she took. She loved to run free through the forest m, where she had her little hiding spot. The trees in the Untouched Lands were bigger than any known nowadays and their thick canopy covered the whole land, blocking The Sun’s light from them.
The Sun was deeply curious about these lands and their inhabitants, always hiding in the shadows of the world. That’s why, when she poured all her power into the land, in the form of her daughter Eki, she chose The Untouched Lands. Like Iris, Eki was born there, a shy creature who usually hid from mortals, but, like her mother, was deeply interested in them.
Back to Iris. With the passing years, the expectations of her father for her grew bigger. She was meant to be an elegant but powerful chief who would bring prosperity to her village. People started calling her Lady Iris, and for her growing friendship with Eki, and the hope this brought to her people, they called her The Moon Lady.
Her outgoing and confident personality turned into shyness and doubts and each passing year she had less and less time to spend in the things she used to love. She turned out to be the great chief her father saw in her, but her story had barely started.

I can finally show the full design of Iris and tell some more about her character! I designed her more than two years ago and her story has been written ever since, still growing and changing. But telling people about her is tricky as I don’t wanna spoil much.
That’s why I’m not explaining more for now. Just know she’s part of the fairytale from the beginning of times in the continent. This all happened a very long time ago haha
Aspen’s village and the rest of the forest elves are all descendants of Iris and her people!
