Factory head Noland in the beach!
Hello so it's my first post. Hope you like my fanart. It's a character that appeared only in pokemon emerald the games,the 8th season of the anime and in the two tomes of emerald arc in the manga,he also appeared in some shots in ORAS manga and appeared as a 4star character in pokemon masters(ex). The name's Noland a frontier brain in charge of the battle factory and the symbol of knowledge in the emerald battle frontier. He became more famous with his appearance in the mobile game pokemon masters(ex). I like him not that much but let's say that he is ok for me. I wanted to remake him a bit.
