I love this so much! It's such a good mix of creepy and badass, so stunning 
You could make the whole shape more dynamic by making her headpiece a bit bigger. There is an aesthetic rule while concepting characters (especially stylized characters) to try and make the overall shape triangular, be it a regular or upside down triangle. The skirt is technically making a triangle but it's pretty see through so there's not much visual weight. You could add those red bulbs on perhaps her foot greaves, or around the belt area or even in the sword to have them connect to the design throughout. It has such a good pose and attitude though, well done!

My my! I’m still in awe regarding this piece. First off the concept is SO COOL AAAAAAAA. Second off, THE HECK THAT ARMOUR IS GLORIOUS.
Okok I’m fine (I’m not, I love your art). So, minimal criticism because I have very little to say on what I see could improve. First I feel like the hilt of the weapon shouldn’t be covered by the web/veil? This is just what I feel like, I don’t know if you did that on purpose
. And second and foremost I feel personally attacked by the fact that I haven’t your art earlier 
.
Just to reiterate, I’m fascinated by this. Oh and I think it would be beneficial for the character to have even the simplest of backgrounds. Like, even just a gray bc showing where the light hits the floor and such.
