Quick practice character design and paint

Critiques welcome! I’m always looking for ways to improve and tighten up my work. It’s pretty evident that my line weighting is still a work in progress...as are my hands. Any suggestions you guys have on that, anatomy, color (any of it!) is very appreciated!
