A cup of warm tea(?)!

This is the first drawing i did after finishing finals a while back; it's a bit messy and the shapes aren't very good (i accidently left my canvas at 720x720, i usually use 1400x1400 lol) but i still liked it! Thought I'd share it here

It's Six and a couple of mice visiting a local tea(?) Shop! Dr. Teeth and his human sidekick are serving up some mystery drinks for them
