Over on Insta this MHA Pencil Trend has appeared and I just had to do a Blue version lol

It was honestly a bit complicated when I was sketching this just so I wouldn’t get confused with the background alone XD
For some background, Blue is 17 when she enters U.A. Right before the sports festival. She wasn’t able to join the rest of class 1-A at the beginning of the school year since she’s from America and couldn’t leave her own school that early.
Her quirk is similar to Denki’s, she’s able to manipulate and produce lightning, it can spread around her body or she can actively shoot it out wherever she desires. There’s a lot of little aspects she is able to do with her quirk that often I think of renaming it
