Are great choices when you are in a great mood for mystery
And I support @moonshinegardens about how cool is Wolfs Rain, also Cowboy Bebop has a kick ass opening, but if you are in the mood for something funny and not so deep, check out “The vampire dies in not time” is silly and the opening is such a jam, also Jojos Bizarre Adventure has a great soundtrack specially: Bloody Stream

Fate 0 and unlimited blade works have awesome openings. Dorohedoro have a awesome soundtrack(just beware that it is super violent and has nudity sometimes), fullmetal alchemist brotherhood has many awesome openings, Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans have a banger of a first op.
